Prisma Color fruit-
Hundertwasser project-
1. describe the craftsmanship of your painting (Is it neat and well executed)
All of the lines are neat, outlining each clock helped it look more clean and well executed.
2. How does your work embody the artists style?
Hundertwasser doesn't use straight lines and neither did I. All of his works are usually filled with random objects so i used the numbers in the background to make the painting more crowded.
3. Describe your choice colors/color harmonies and how you used them throughout the artwork
i didn't want to use really bright colors but
4. What is the emphasis of your artwork?
5. How do you use textures and patterns to embellish your artwork?
6. Describe any difficulties you had creating this artwork.

Oil painting fruits-
Landscape painting-
1) Describe the craftsmanship of your painting.
2) Describe your choice of colors/ color harmonies and how you used them throughout your artwork.
- I wanted to use bright colors to create a springy feel to it, like lights pinks and blues in the sky, and the different shades fo blue and green in the mountains.
3) How did you create contrast in your drawing?
-
4) How did you apply textures, highlights, and shadows to enhance your artwork?
- I added texture to the mountains to create the look of far away trees. When painting the rocks at the bottom i had to use shading to show where the sun doesn't hit them.
5) How were you able to create depth in your painting?
- By adding shadows.
6) What painting techniques did you use that made your painting successful?
- Instead of doing regular brushstrokes, i dabbed on the paint to create the look of trees
7) Describe any difficulties you had creating your drawing and what you could do to improve your drawing?
- I had to redo the sky once because I ended up not liking how the red/orange sunset and the blue/ green landscape looked
together.
8) Explain the successes you had with this painting.
Animal project-
Glass project-
Final project-
This was my favorite and personally my most successful painting this semester, I love the colors together and the look of the leaves the most.
Painting reflection-
I'd say my hardest project i had this semester was the animal painting, Its still not completely finished and i've been struggling to keep myself motivated to complete it. Im guessing its such a difficult project for me because its my first time ever painting an animal and the animal that i picked was a lot harder to make look realistic than i had imagined it to be. It's also only my second time using oil paint so that could be a reason as well. Personally, the final painting was my favorite. I think that it was my most successful painting because it was made up of things that i was used to painting.
Overall this class did teach me a lot, and not just different skills and painting techniques but it also taught me to love my work, and to take my time with all of my projects. Thank you Mrs. Rossi for making this class my favorite out of all my four years of highschool.
